UniCredit Bank
UniCredit Bank is a Russian commercial bank offering a full range of services. It is listed among the top ten national banks and finance houses, and its shareholders are made up of a number of well-known international banks. Currently it has total assets 367 951 RUR billion. (As of 31 December 2007).
UniCredit Bank has a clientele of more than 400,000 private individuals, 3,500 corporate bodies and 11,000 small and medium enterprises. Over 85 of the 200 largest Russian companies look upon UniCredit Bank (former IMB) as one of their main banking partners. Its network of correspondent banks is one of the largest in Russia and consists of over 1700 banks. More than 300 banks have opened Loro accounts in UniCredit Bank. The bank handles all kinds of payments in all major currencies.

In April 2008 Fitch Ratings affirmed the Issuer Default Rating («IDR») of UniCredit Bank to «A-" UniCredit Bank holds a leading position in the Russian banking system due to the powerful backing of its shareholder - UniCredit Group. Also in October 2006 Standard&Poor's rating agency raised IMB long and short term credit rating from «BB/B» to «BBB/A-3». The outlook is «Stable».
UniCredit Bank ratings also benefit from its strong position in the large Russian corporate finance market; relatively well-developed risk-management systems; ample liquidity; and good profitability.
Today, UniCredit Bank management sees its main goal to lie in constantly expanding the number and the high quality of the services offered to its clients. The Bank can open and handle accounts in both Russian and foreign currencies, and provide payment and settlement facilities. At its clients' request, the Bank can manage their assets, trade currencies and securities on the Russian and international markets, and provide various credit facilities. UniCredit Bank also provides specialist services such as leasing, financial consulting, credit syndication and depository services. Services such as UniCredit-Link (bank-to-client) and Enter.UniCredit (Internet bank-to-client) allow clients to manage their assets and accounts without leaving their homes or offices. As part of its increased services for private clients, UniCredit Bank offers them a whole range of VISA International and MasterCard International programs.
The Bank's central office is located in Moscow. Services are provided at 32 branches in Moscow and Moscow region, nine in St. Petersburg, two branches in Chelyabinsk, one in Magnitogorsk, branches in Krasnodar, Ekaterinburg, Perm, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara and Voronezh, and at a number of regional offices in Arkhangelsk, Belgorod, Volgograd, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Saratov, Stavropol, Tyumen and Ufa. In September 2007 UniCredit Bank representative office was opened in Republic of Belarus.
UniCredit Bank sees its main priorities over the next 5 years to lie in increasing its customer-client base among the small-to-medium businesses not only in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but also in the regions; developing retail business; and improving the quality of its services. The bank also plans to continue working together actively with its large corporate clients.
