Over the past five years, the number of parents who are pleased has risen both across Russia (from 74% to 81%) and in Moscow (from 73% to 82%).
This information was obtained through a survey of Russian families conducted in the autumn of 2013 as part of the Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations project conducted jointly by the Higher School of Economics and the Public Opinion Foundation. An information bulletin on the research is planned for publication in the second half of 2014.
